How it Works:

Contact us by phone or via the inquiry form on our Contact Page to decide on and book the appropriate appointment type for your needs.

The White House Wellness Team will schedule an Annual Exam, Follow-up Visit, or Consultation Apppintment for you.

Your journey begins when you choose a Weight Management or Hormone Replacement Plan within 2 weeks of your Consultation Appointment. Together with your medical history, we will decide the safest (and most likely to be successful) plan for you.

All in office testing and blood work will be processed through Labcorp, and can be run through your health insurance.
We are a Cash-Based practice.
While we are a cash based practice, WhiteHouse Wellness is happy to provide patients with a superbill that can be submitted to your health insurance company for reimbursement. We, however, do not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company for our services.

Meet the Owner
A BOARD CERTIFIED WOMEN'S HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER
LeeAnn McCamy Blake was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Prior to graduate school, McCamy worked at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in the trauma critical care unit, as well as Presbyterian Hospital as a labor and delivery nurse. It was the latter that drew her to women’s health care. In graduate school, she earned her degree as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from Vanderbilt University.
After working as a gynecologist for over 7 years, McCamy decided to focus on common health conditions affecting women. She opened WhiteHouse Wellness as a center of comprehensive care for women looking to improve their quality of life.
